What is about to happen to America?

For over ten years now the LORD has been speaking to me. When He first started speaking, He told me, "You are a voice crying out in the wilderness, 'Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.'" So my message has been and always will be a message of repentance. Not many people want to hear it. Then in November of 2020, the Word of the LORD started coming to me in waves, one after another, strong words of rebuke, so I fell on my face, and I repented. Now, morning after morning, He is waking me up with strong words of warning for you. I have to speak what the LORD is telling me, but all the other voices - the voices of the prophets - are saying something different. They are saying, "America will be great again." So I want to share with you what the LORD showed me this morning, and you decide what you want to believe.

In 2 Peter 1:19-21, Peter says, "We have great confidence in the message proclaimed by the prophets. YOU MUST PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to what they wrote, for their words are like a lamp shining in a dark place - until the Day dawns, and Christ the Morning Star shines in your hearts. Above all, you must realize that no prophecy in Scripture ever came from the prophets own understanding, or from human initiative. No, those prophets were moved by the Holy Spirit, and they spoke from God."

God told the prophets exactly what was going to happen. He laid out His plan for the ages for us all to see. He didn't want us to be surprised. He didn't want us to be unprepared. His plan. In black and white, God wrote out His story. He told us what He was going to do and why He was going to do it. It is fascinating! Line upon line. Precept upon precept.

But not everyone can hear what He is saying. Not everyone can see what He is doing. They don't want to. They don't like His plan. "Are you amazed and incredulous? Don't you believe it? Then go ahead and be blind. You are stupid, but not from wine! You stagger, but not from liquor! For the LORD has poured out on you a spirit of deep sleep. He has closed the eyes of your prophets and visionaries. All the future events in this vision are like a sealed book to them. When you give it to those who can read, they will say, 'We can't read it because it is sealed.' When you give it to those who cannot read, they will say, 'We don't know how to read.'"

And so the LORD says, "These people say they are mine. They honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me. And their worship of Me is nothing but man made rules learned by rote." Because of this, I will once again astound these hypocrites with amazing wonders. The wisdom of the wise will pass away, and the intelligence of the intelligent will disappear." (Isaiah 29:9-14)

Wow. A spirit of deep sleep. Blind. The book is sealed. Oh my goodness! Why? They honor Me with their lips, but I want their heart. Isaiah 30:8-16 says, "Now go and write down these words. Write them in a book. They will stand until the end of time as a witness that these people are stubborn rebels who refuse to pay attention to the LORD's instructions. They tell the seers, 'Stop seeing visions!' They tell the prophets, 'Don't tell us what is right. Tell us nice things. Tell us lies. Forget all this gloom. Get off your narrow path. Stop telling us about your Holy One of Israel.'"

This is the reply of the Holy One of Israel: "Because you despise what I tell you and trust instead in oppression and lies, calamity will come upon you suddenly - like a bulging wall that bursts and falls. In an instant it will collapse and come crashing down. You will be smashed like a piece of pottery - shattered so completely that there won't be a piece big enough to carry coals from a fireplace or a little water from the well."

This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: "Only in returning to Me and resting in Me will you be saved. In quietness and confidence is your strength." Did you hear that? Only in resting. Only in quietness and confidence will we be saved! "But you would have none of it. You said, "No, we will get our help from Egypt. They will give us swift horses for riding into battle." But the only swiftness you are going to see is the swiftness of your enemies chasing you ! (Isaiah 30:8-16)

I know that many people do not want to think that the earth is about to be destroyed. We don't want to believe that America was chosen by God to bring about this destruction. We want to think that America is God's chosen place and that God will come to rescue us, but that is not what is written. "O beautiful Babylon, sit now in darkness and silence. Never again will you be known as the queen of kingdoms. For I was angry with My chosen people and punished them by letting them fall into your hands." (Isaiah 47:5-6). America is Babylon, and the spirit behind Babylon and America is - "I am and there is no other." God allowed His chosen people to fall into the hands of this selfish spirit. It was punishment. So our country was chosen by God to bring punishment on God's people first, then on the whole earth. "Babylon has been a gold cup in the LORD's hands, a cup that made the whole earth drunk. The nations drank Babylon's wine, and it drove them all mad." (Jeremiah 51:7)

So the culmination of God's big, good plan is to destroy Babylon (America). "O beautiful Babylon, sit now in darkness and silence. Never again will you be known as the queen of kingdoms. For I was angry with My chosen people and punished them by letting them fall into your hands. But you, Babylon, showed them no mercy. You oppressed even the elderly. You said, 'I will reign forever as queen of the world!' You did not reflect on your actions or think about their consequences.

"Listen to this, you pleasure-loving kingdom, living at ease and feeling secure. You say, 'I am the only one, and there is no other. I will never be a widow or lose my children.' Well, both these things will come upon you in a moment: widowhood and the loss of your children. Yes, these calamities will come upon you, despite all your witchcraft and magic. "You felt secure in your wickedness. 'No one sees me,' you said. But your 'wisdom' and 'knowledge' have led you astray, and you said, "I am the only one, and there is no other.' So disaster will overtake you, and you won't be able to charm it away. Calamity will fall upon you, and you won't be able to buy your way out. A catastrophe will strike you suddenly, one for which you are not prepared." (Isaiah 47:5-11)

It is coming, guys, and it is coming fast. The LORD's plan is unfolding right in front of. our eyes. The LORD of Heaven's Armies has sworn this oath. "It will all happen as I have planned. It will be as I have decided...I have a plan for the whole earth, a hand of judgment upon all the nations. The LORD of Heaven's Armies has spoken - who can change His plan? When His hand is raised, who can stop Him?" (Isaiah 14:24-27)

But there is always another voice calling: "Do you think that I like to see wicked people die?" says the Sovereign LORD. Of course not! I want them to turn from their wicked ways and live. However, if righteous people turn from their righteous behavior and start doing sinful things and act like other sinners, should they be allowed to live? No. of course not! All their righteous acts will be forgotten, and the will die for their sins.

Yet you say, 'The LORD isn't doing what's right!' Listen to Me, O people of Israel. Am I the One not doing what's right, or is it you? When righteous people turn from their righteous behavior and start doing sinful things, they will die for it. Yes, they will die because of their sinful deeds. And if wicked people turn from their wickedness, obey the law, and do what is just and right, they will save their lives. They will live because they thought it over and decided to turn from their sins. Such people will not die. And yet the people of Israel keep saying, 'The LORD isn't doing what's right!' O people of Israel, it is you who are not doing what's right, not I.'"

"Therefore, I will judge each of you, O people of Israel, according to your actions, says the Sovereign LORD. Repent, and turn from your sins. Don't let them destroy you! Put all your rebellion behind you, and find yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O people of Israel? 'I DON'T WANT YOU TO DIE,' says the Sovereign LORD. 'Turn back and live.'" (Ezekiel 18:23-32)

The LORD said, "Only in judgment will you learn what is right." LORD, help us to learn what is right. Cause a godly fear to fall on the land, a Spirit that leads us to repentance. Open our blind eyes and unlock our deaf ears so that we can see and hear and understand and turn in our hearts. O send out Your light and Your truth. Let them lead us, let them bring us to Your holy hill and to your tabernacle. In Jesus' mighty name. AMEN
